We are an organisation established in 1989 by the members of the Helsinki Committee in Poland.
Our mission is - the development of the human liberties and rights culture, both domestically and abroad.
Since 2007 we have Consultative Status with the United Nation's Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).

Seminar "Why should Poland ratify the European Bioethics Convention?"
The seminar will take place on 24 January 2008 (Thursday) at 10.15 - 12.15 at the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights conference hall (Warsaw, 11 Zgoda Street, 6th floor).
The seminar's special guests will be Dr. Maja Grzymkowska and Prof. Krzysztof Marczewski, experts on bioethics issues.
We will not ensure translation into English.
