We are an organisation established in 1989 by the members of the Helsinki Committee in Poland.
Our mission is - the development of the human liberties and rights culture, both domestically and abroad.
Since 2007 we have Consultative Status with the United Nation's Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).

Program description
In recent months the Foundation launched a program intended to counteract the negative consequences of publishing the report from the verification of Military Information Services (WSI) and the lustration law (the currently binding or any future one). The program includes undertaking strategic litigation, legal assistance for individual victims, as well as educational and informational activity.
