Our mission is - the development of the human liberties and rights culture, both domestically and abroad.
Since 2007 we have Consultative Status with the United Nation's Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).

Press conference of the Good Will Civil Commission
A press conference of the Good Will Civil Commission took place at the headquarters of the HFHR on 21 June 2007. The Commission’s goal is to bring aid to individuals accused of cooperation with the secret service of the Polish People’s Republic, who have a sense of injustice and wrong in connection with the publication of information regarding their past. The Commission is ready to hear out those who turn to it with a request for support in seeking the truth and are willing to present their story in an honest and reliable manner.
