Dominika Bychawska-Siniarska

Lawyer, graduate of the College of Europe in Natolin. Ph. D. candidate at the Polish Academy of Sciences. Previously worked at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. Coordinates also the HFHR's project Europe of Human Rights.



Dorota Głowacka


Lawyer, expert on freedom of expression, right to privacy and digital rights. Graduate of the Law Faculty of the University of Lodz and the School of French Law of the François – Rebelais University in Tours. Currently Ph. D. candidate at the Public International Law Department at the University of Lodz. She’s worked as a consultant for several international organisations such as Council of Europe, European Comission or EU Agency for Fundamental Rights.  CV


Konrad Siemaszko

Final-year student of M.A. in Law and a B.A. graduate in Sociology at the University of Warsaw. He also completed the course “European Journalism in the Digital Age”  – a training program on digital media law for journalists, civil society advocates and lawyers offered by the Center for Media, Data, and Society at the Central European University. 





prof. Ireneusz C. Kamiński
professor in law at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow and at the Polish Academy of Sciences, expert on freedom of expression issues, especially with regard to the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights.

dr Piotr Kładoczny 
Ph.D. in law, Secretary of the Management Board of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, head of the HFHR's legal department. Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Warsaw University.
